Dawna De Silva, Co-Founder of Bethel Sozo: Dawna is the founder and co-leader of Bethel Sozo, the inner healing and deliverance ministry of Bethel Church. She lives in Redding, California, where she oversees Bethel’s Transformation Center. Dawna travels extensively empowering and equipping the church to walk in freedom and wholeness of body, soul and spirit.

Dr. Karl Lehman, MD, Founder of The Immanuel Approach: Dr. Karl Lehman, author of Outsmarting Yourself and The Immanuel Approach, is a board-certified psychiatrist with thirty-five years and more than forty thousand hours of clinical experience. He has worked tenaciously throughout his career to integrate his personal Christian faith with medical science, modern mental health care, and his rigorous scientific training; and he has especially worked to integrate faith-based emotional healing with insights provided by psychological and neurological research. Working closely with Dr. E. James Wilder, Dr. Lehman developed the “Immanuel Approach”.

Lee and Cindy Whitman, Directors of Restoring the Foundations: Lee & Cindi Whitman carry a message of healing. Having walked through brokenness in their own life and marriage, they have pursued healing for themselves for many years. In 2015, they stepped in as Executive Directors of Restoring the Foundations, carrying forward the legacy of the founders, Chester and Betsy Kylstra.

Jen Coursey – Co-Founder of THRIVE Today: Jen and her husband, Chris, lead and design the THRIVE Training program that uses brain-based exercises to train leaders, families, and communities in the 19 relational skills and the Immanuel Lifestyle.

Yvonne Martinez, Clinical Trauma Professional and Founder and Director of Shasta Blue Sky: Yvonne has over 35 years of experience working with clients to address unresolved trauma, sexual exploitation, and addiction. In addition to her role at the Transformation Center, Yvonne is the CEO of Shasta Blue Sky and founder of I Am Brave Int’l for those needing help with life-controlling issues. She is also the Educational Director for CARE-EDU and provides addiction education, pastoral counselor development, trauma-informed training, and other resources to industry professionals. Yvonne is an ordained minister with CADC-CS, ICCS, ICADC, CADC II, NCAC I, CRPS credentials.

John Thomas, President of Streams Ministries: John became President of Streams Ministries in 2016 after the passing of Founder, John Paul Jackson. John co- authored The Art of Praying the Scriptures: A Fresh Look at Lectio Divina with John Paul Jackson and has also written courses on prophetic ministry, dream interpretation, and the Kingdom of God.

Sarah Thiessen, Founder and Director of the Splankna Training Institute:
Sarah is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor and runs a private practice as well as directing the institute. She holds an Undergraduate degree in Youth and Family Ministry and a Masters degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. She is a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage & Family Therapists and the American Association of Christian Counselors. In 1998, Sarah began developing the first Biblically based protocol for Energy Psychology. She formed the Splankna Therapy Institute in 2005 to offer training and certification for Christian counselors.
