We create belonging by mentoring spiritual father’s and mothers to form and multiply vibrant, spiritual families. We do life and online training seminars and mentoring groups to teach the Immanuel Way of relational skills and rhythms.

It has become evident that successful leadership is relational leadership. We have been practicing relational leadership for decades.
